CryptACC® Crypto & Compression Offload Subsystem

Keep CPU Resources Focused on Applications

For Arm and RISC-V servers and AI CPUs, CryptACC® offloads encryption, decryption, compression and decompression to dedicated hardware. It frees CPU resources for applications and is in commercial volume production in a hyperscale AI CPU customer project.

Within a single SoC, CPU applications and virtual machines submit requests through software interfaces and drivers. The CryptACC hardware subsystem contains virtualization scheduling, cryptographic engines, and compression and decompression engines.

Compute Offload & Shared Acceleration

Dedicated hardware handles compute-intensive tasks for secure communications, data transfer, storage protection and compression, connecting application requests to the underlying acceleration engines.

Flexible Software Integration

Drivers and software interfaces adapted to the platform software environment connect applications and virtual machines to hardware offload.

Resource Sharing & Isolation

Multiple workloads or virtual machines can share hardware accelerators, combining resource scheduling with tenant isolation for multi-workload deployments.

Cryptographic & Compression Acceleration

Dedicated hardware accelerates encryption, decryption, compression and decompression, freeing CPU resources and supporting high-throughput data processing.

Offload and integration solutions are shaped around typical workloads, throughput and latency targets, and the platform software environment.

Coordinated Hardware & Software Delivery

Foresemi delivers compute engines, virtualization scheduling and supporting software as an integrated solution. Drivers are adapted to the operating system and application interfaces, with system integration, hardware-software validation and technical support.

Cryptographic Configuration

Use our proprietary CryptCompiler® cryptographic compiler to explore algorithm IP configurations, compare reference PPA and generate configuration packages for subsystem integration.
